Ludmila has been a senior member of the Western Management Consultant group for over 10 years. Serving enterprises in private, public and non-profit sectors, she offers clients her strategic and business planning expertise, as well as her wide knowledge of organizational and governance effectiveness. Before joining Western, Ludmila was market and corporate planning manager at Canfor, an international forest product company. This followed 16 years of management consulting experience with Ernst & Young and its predecessor firm, Woods Gordon, based in Toronto and Vancouver. In addition to serving clients across Canada, she has worked in the U.S. and the U.K. Ludmila is a Certified Management Consultant and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She has worked voluntarily with many non-profit groups and is past chair of the Museum of Vancouver. Ludmila's experience with non-profits has brought her into contact with numerous organizations in both the arts and health fields. Not only has she helped these societies shape their future direction and priorities, she has brought her practical knowledge of best practices from various sectors to help with operating and development issues. She enjoys her home, neighbourhood walks with her husband, the Vancouver gardening season, and a good book.
